PARTY or EVENT
Diamond Spring Brewing Co. is a great place to celebrate your next milestone or reserve an area for your group. Request to book a half tent, full tent, or full side yard for your event. Please Note: We do not offer individual table reservations or "cash bar" parties. Reservations for anything under 4 tables or for groups utilizing a "cash bar" are first come, first serve, utilizing our regular service line.

Party Reservations
Rental fees below are for table rentals only. Your total party cost is your table area rental fee + your bar tab, with the following options:

Group Tab (You pay for all your guest's drinks)*

Please note: Party rentals are rain or shine. Our party area is tented. Rain dates and indoor accommodations are not available at this time. Enjoy your party in the beer garden!

Details
​The fees below include 30 minutes prior to the party time for party area setup and 20 minutes post party for clean-up. Fees do not include drinks. You have a choice of "group tab" (you pay for your guests), or "Drink tickets" (you pay for some of your guest's drinks) for your event. Your party area rental fee is taken as a deposit and is required along with your signed contract to book your date. Deposits can be dropped off at the taproom during any normal business hours or provided via Venmo @diamondspringbrewing.

Half-Tent - $100/hr
(4 tables, seats 16-24 people)

Full-Tent - $200/hr
(8 tables, seats 32-48 people)

Side Yard - $400/hr (50 adult minimum)
Accommodations

Expedited “Skip the line” ordering via a party attendant/dedicated beertender.

An additional 6-ft folding table for food/gifts

Side Yard accommodations ALSO include: fire pits in the fall/winter and corn hole in the summer, Adirondack chairs, 2 extra picnic tables, 2 lounge couches, and a water jug with cups provided.
How it Works

Fill out the form below to request your party date at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

We receive dozens of requests weekly. Please allow at least 5 days for us to review requests and contact you.

If your date is available, a party contract will be sent to you via email.

Print, sign, and return your signed contract and your table reservation fee to Diamond Spring Brewing Company anytime during normal business hours. Contracts may be sent electronically and payments via Venmo @diamondspringbrewing as well.
Fully refundable if cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to your event. No-shows, or late cancellations are not eligible for deposit reimbursement. -
Check-in 15 minutes prior to your party. At this time, we will start your group tab.

Group-Tab Parties will be provided with wristbands to facilitate your skip-the-line service. You may check on your party tab at any time.

Drink Ticket Parties will start a tab and issue your desired number of drink tickets, which can be used for soda, beer, or seltzer ($3-$8 ea.) You may choose to include or exclude the ability for your guests to order flights ($12) with their tickets by speaking to your party attendant at the beginning of your event. You can check on your party tab at any time, and you can always get additional drink tickets if you decide to allow your guests to have more.

A 20% gratuity is added to all party tabs when closing out at the end of your event.
Your reservation fee will be taken as your deposit and must be paid in full with contract signed in order to reserve the Space. No “holds” will be accepted. Availability is first come, first serve. No exceptions.
